The change in season is a great time to reset and regroup.

Quit sabotaging yourself to accomplish your goals.
It doesn’t matter what you’ve done in the past, all that matters is what step you take next.

When the seasons change is the perfect time to do a reset for the body.

You are not your thoughts + feelings
The reality is that your thoughts and feelings are not YOU. The thoughts and feelings that we have are most often reactions of the subconscious. They are often stories we developed at some point to help us to make sense of the world and our place in it. Your thoughts are learned responses to stimuli.

What is pain?
Pain is not an indication that there is damage being done; it is the perception that damage is being done.

So much of your daily stress and anxiety is wrapped up in the stories you’re telling yourself about the way your life is “supposed” to go. Rewriting those stories is key to creating a more peaceful and abundant life.

Keep your head on straight by brain dumping!
If you are busy or working on specific goals, or you just feel overwhelmed and like your brain is buzzing most of the time, then you need to be brain dumping at least weekly if not daily.

I'm willing to feel the hard emotions if it means I get to fully experience things like love and gratitude and hope.

Create your own wellness menu
If we create a menu of activities or mindset shifts BEFORE we need it, then all we have to do is just pick one and go.

The more I learn about overall health, the more it's been impressed upon me just how powerful the mind is. Our beliefs are tied to everything!
