Finally understand why your body does what it does, and how to support it.

Small, doable steps from someone who's been there, so you can wake up with energy and start trusting yourself.

How it works

Your nervous system learned to protect you, which means it can learn safety too.

  1. Make sense of it. Understand how your body works and why it's doing what it's doing. That alone can take so much of the fear out of it.

  2. Spot it and support it. Learn to notice what's happening in the moment, and what to do about it.

  3. Grow your capacity. So your nervous system goes off when it truly needs to: for a real fire, not the neighbor's bacon.

We'll go at the pace your body can handle, with small steps that fit your real life. And you can't fall behind .. if you miss a week or have an off day, you just pick up where you are.
