I’m so excited that you’re here! My approach to healing stems from my own long healing journey dealing with a dysregulated nervous system and everything that comes with it.
It took me 15 years to even understand what was happening in my body, let alone learning how to actually heal. I’ve tried just about every method, modality, and health solution and was often frustrated by not finding the answers I wanted.
I don’t want it to take that long or be that frustrating for anyone else.
I believe in the power of bio-individuality, recognizing that each person has unique needs shaped by their genetic makeup and individual circumstances. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and my goal is to help you discover the perfect approach that is tailored to your needs.
With over 20 years experience as a bodyworker in Massage Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy, I’ve dedicated my career to helping my clients calm their nervous system and to learn how to relax into their bodies. Now, as a Health Coach, I extend this expertise into helping my clients learn how to regulate their nervous system from a foundational level - as I believe that nervous system regulation is an essential step in healing that impacts every other aspect of well-being.
And I get it. Living with anxiety is rough. Not knowing when the next panic attack is going to hit is an unbearable existence. And I know the health concerns that come along with it, everything from gut dysbiosis to hormonal imbalances to weight gain to skin issues; when you are stuck in fight/flight/freeze most of the day then the rest of the body cannot heal.
My goal is not to heal you, but to create the space and opportunity for you to heal yourself.
As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner, I bring a holistic approach to health coaching. I’m committed to creating a healing environment for my clients by offering attentive listening, personalized education, and a system tailored to their unique health goals.
